Tenth of British men 'pay for sex'

More than one in 10 men have paid for sex, according to a major study of British sexual habits.
The majority of the 11% who had done so had visited sex tourism hotspots such as Bangkok and Amsterdam.
The report, in the journal Sexually Transmitted Infections, said paying for sex was linked with other "hedonistic and risky behaviours" including binge drinking and drug use.
It said that young professionals rather than "lonely older men" were paying.

Man gets married gets a mortgage and a job and has occasional sex = Pay for sex,
Man takes girl out pays for dinner and drinks and has sex = Pay for sex.
This would imply that 10 % men would be a bit low

When you see some of the threads started on WHO from men who don't appear to have kissed a girl in their lives I'm not surprised at the survey findings.

If they included men who have been to strip clubs or paid for a 'massage' that figure would have been around the 60-70% mark.
Technically its the same as paying a prostitute.
